Shipping & Returns
Entire orders receive free ground shipping (unless otherwise noted). Options to pay for ship speed upgrades are available.
All Combatex rifle slings and rifle sling swivels carry a lifetime warranty. If you need a return or replacement you can initiate the process from within your store account or simply contact us with your order number and details.
If you purchased from an Amazon or eBay vendor you can still get warranty service here. Replacements can also be processed through your Amazon account.
USA Shipping Info:
Orders are filled within 1-2 business days on average. 3 different shipping speeds are offered:
- Standard Shipping (2-7 days).
- Expedited Shipping (2-days).
- Priority (usually 1-business day).
At this time it is not possible for retail customers to choose a specific carrier. Depending on your destination, the optimal carrier will be used to meet the chosen delivery speed deadline.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please use the Contact link to message us and we will be happy to set up your international order.
We ship worldwide and use USPS Priority International Mail which is a reliable 6-10 business day ship time to most countries.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Reasonable exceptions to the 30-day policy will be considered.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as certain firearms accessories and gun parts, ammunition, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health, clothing and personal care items.
To request a return from an item not purchased on our website we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as Items that have been opened or not in its original condition, items with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds are usually quickly processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request can vary (5 to 10 business days). If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, credit card or payment institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Some sale items cannot be refunded. Some sale items are old generation models or discontinued products and replacements may not be available. Please contact us because each case and product will be specific. We will work with you and make it right.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
When returning your product, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless an otherwise arranged agreement has been made with us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On some occasions and certain products, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We try to expedite all shipments.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
